Tibial osteotomy for lengthening and straightening of Blount's disease.

Patient: Renee



Preop:
Renee had Blount's disease since childhood. Despite other surgeries, her right leg was severely bowed and was 4 cm short.


Postop:
A Taylor spatial frame was applied to the leg to match the deformity and then gradual straigthening and lengthening was achieved over the next several weeks.


Followup:
Her right leg has been lengthened and straightened. Her knee and back pain have improved
