Preop:
Zaida was unhappy with her bowleg deformities. She was experiencing pain in her knees and was concerned about developing arthritis in the future.
Postop:
Staged bilateral tibia and fibula osteotomies were done (seperated by 6 weeks) and corrections were done gradually with the TSF.
Followup:
Total time in frames was 5 months. Her legs are straight and she has no knee pain. Scarring is minimal.Notice that the hip to ankle line runs through the center of the knee.
