Robert is a 50 year old attorney who after a ski accident sustained a proximal femur fracture.

After 3 unsuccessful attemps at repair, he was left with pain, shortening, and a bad limp from a recalcitrant nonunion.

After a careful plan, the hardware was removed and the nonunion was repaired and the deformity and LLD were corrected with a blade plate.
